On Thursday morning, the Excise Circle Bhopalpatnam reached the village Chendur, police station Bhadrakali and confiscated 27.15 liters of illegal liquor made of English and Mahua from a shop adjacent to the house of the accused and took action against the accused under sections 34(1)b, 34(2), 36, 59(a) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. The accused Talapalli Rajendra, father Talapalli Lachna, age 25 years, resident of Chendur, police station Bhadrakali, district Bijapur was arrested and produced before the court for remand.
