BILASPUR . A case of murder of a villager has come to light in Udgan village of Bilha police station area of the district. The neighbouring family beat the villager to death in a dispute over stone removal. Police have registered a murder case in this matter and arrested four accused including a woman.
The deceased has been identified as Khemchand Banjare. It is being told that the family of neighbour Shyam Anchal was making an elevated path by putting stones and soil towards Khemchand's house. During this, someone removed the stones from there. Shyam Anchal got angry about this and started abusing in the street.
When Khem Chand stopped him from doing so, the dispute escalated. After this, Shyam Anchal and his two sons Mukesh Anchal and Laxman Anchal attacked Khem Chand with crowbar, sticks and stones and beat him brutally, due to which he died on the spot. Shyam Anchal's wife Sita Anchal was also involved in this incident.
