New Delhi A case of SC-ST atrocities was registered against film actor Vijay Deverakonda at Raidurgam police station on Sunday.
On April 26, the pre-release event of Tamil hero Surya's film 'Retro' was held at the JRC Convention in Raidurgam.
On this occasion, Vijay Deverakonda said, 'Kashmir is ours.. the people of Kashmir are ours.. Pakistan is waging war on India in the same way as the tribals waged war 500 years ago. India does not need to wage war against Pakistan.
He remarked that if the people there did not get food and water, they would wage war against Pakistan. State president of JAC of tribal communities Nenavat Ashok Kumar Nayak lodged a complaint at the Raidurgam police station on the 17th of this month.
In which it was alleged that Vijay Deverakonda's comments were insulting to them. After receiving the complaint, the police registered a case against Vijay Deverakonda on Saturday with the permission of the court.
