Mumbai Actress Akanksha Sharma says that her life changed after watching the film Ramleela. Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath is one of the most awaited period films of this year. In her Hindi cinema debut film Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath, Akanksha has surprised the audience with a tremendous first look, where she is seen as a fearless and brave warrior in the character of 'Rajal'.
Akanksha said, I come from a very simple background. I have no connection with films. I was in class 12, preparing for board exams, when I saw Ram-Leela and everything changed. That's when I realised that I wanted to become an actress. I had never dreamt of it, but watching that film ignited something inside me. And now, here I am, with my debut film. I feel very lucky and grateful that I got the opportunity to play a character like Rajal, whose battles were not just on the field, but also within her.
Akanksha will next be seen in Tera Yaar Hoon Main, in which she is paired with Aman Indra Kumar. This film is being directed by Milap Zaveri. Apart from this, she will also be seen in another untitled action-comedy film by Milap Zaveri.
